Here at Gordon Water Systems, we are proud to provide clean water solutions to an array of businesses, and private homes. But how did those solutions come to be? Not out of thin air! Here at GWS, we have a not-so-secret trick up our sleeve … our incredible Water and Coffee Specialists! The WC team works diligently to help people find great water solutions that are catered specifically to their needs.
Now, the big question is: How do they do that? Our WC team lives by a simple three word mantra.
LOVE. ENERGY. PRIDE.
These three words play into everything that our WC team does day to day. For a look into what that really means for them (and for our customers) let’s break it down and inspect.
LOVE. We love to help people enjoy clean water and great coffee! It’s that simple! We’re passionate about what we do, and we truly believe in the importance of what we can offer. We wouldn’t be out on the streets spreading the good word about clean water if we didn’t believe in it wholeheartedly!
ENERGY. We strive to bring positive energy to the solutions we offer to people. We’re honestly excited about the opportunity to serve you fresh water and coffee, and it comes through! It could also be all the coffee too.
PRIDE. We genuinely take pride in what we do, and that gives us confidence in helping our customers find the solutions that are best for their needs. There is not a single drop of water or product in our catalog we don’t stand behind. We wouldn’t offer it if we didn’t believe in it!
These three words motivate every detail of how we interact with everyone we come in contact with. We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. We think everyone is unique, and that means that everyone has different needs. That’s where our proven process comes in. We like to work with people one-on-one, visiting their space and lending an ear to their concerns. We work with them to find the best solutions for their specific needs, all the way from discovering what they really need, providing coffee tasting sessions, and even walking through warehouses to find the most efficient locations for our products to serve their employees!
It’s after we assess our customers’ concerns and learn more about them, that we offer our suggestions about how to solve their problems. We always put their clean water solutions first and address their issues accordingly. We are firm believers in providing our customers with the best information possible to help them make the best decisions they can for themselves and their peers.
